AN ITEM I LOVE IS OUT OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT RESTOCK?

Reorders are rare for our website and we never know when and which styles will be restocked. We do inventory checks on a regular basis. Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE MADE ON SHOPHCOUTURE.COM TO A RETAIL LOCATION?

Unfortunately at the moment we can not process orders made online in store. Please click on our Returns Center for details on how to make a return.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately orders can not be canceled after being submitted.

I accidentally chose in store pick up and live out of state. What should I do?

Please contact us ASAP and we will gladly invoice you for shipping. We may contact you before you contact us please be sure to respond. If we do not hear back from you please note a 30% restocking fee will be assessed and store credit will be applied.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVE NOT SEEN ANY UPDATES, WHATS GOING ON?

Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this happens, our hottest items typically restock within 3 business days. Rather than canceling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and your order is fulfilled! If this happens to you, our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

For orders containing multiple out-of-stock items, these items will be refunded back to the original form of payment (minus any applicable discount codes used on the order), allowing us to process and ship the rest of your order as quickly as possible!

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-10business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

There are 2 ways to track your package:

1. In your Shipping Confirmation you will receive a link with your tracking number. You may monitor your package from there.

2 You may also track your package in our website " TACK YOUR PACKAGE" Tab, you will need to have your order number and email used at checkout handy.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING AN ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you do not receive an email from Haute Couture within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Haute Coutute account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer care team by emailing orders@shophcouture.com .

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Haute Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. After speaking with the shipping carrier, please email us to document the situation and to assist you in recovering the lost package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We guarantee your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped: Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days / Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
Note: When the billing address does not match the shipping address, Haute Couture has the right to hold your package until verification has been made.

WHAT ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS?

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are also considered Final Sale and non-returnable.
